Josiane Adolphe is the founder of She Is GIRL Foundation and a final-year law student at Cavendish University Zambia. A passionate advocate for gender equality, she has launched impactful initiatives including Keep Her In School and Grow and Lead programs across Nigeria, Zimbabwe, and Zambia. Currently serving as Vice President of both the Cavendish University Mental Health Society and the African Young Leaders Foundation Zambia Chapter, Josiane has earned recognition through her 1st place finish in the 2025 Inter-University Arbitration Moot Court Competition. Driven by her Christian faith and the belief that "a woman with a voice is, by definition, a strong woman," Josiane combines legal expertise with community advocacy to create lasting change for women and girls across Africa.

Esther Kapota is Co-founder of She Is GIRL Foundation, bringing a strong vision for community empowerment and sustainable development to the organization. With expertise in program development and strategic partnerships, Esther has been instrumental in designing and implementing the foundation's core initiatives. Her passion for addressing gender-based challenges through education and mentorship has helped shape the foundation's approach to creating lasting change. Esther specializes in building relationships with local communities and stakeholders, ensuring programs are culturally relevant and impactful. A dedicated advocate for girls' rights and mental health awareness, she works closely with the founding team to expand the foundation's reach across Africa. Esther believes that empowering one girl creates a ripple effect that transforms entire communities.

Nauluta Mwamba serves as Secretary General of She Is GIRL Foundation, where she brings exceptional organizational skills and a deep commitment to advancing women's rights. With a background in administration and community development, Nauluta ensures smooth operations across all foundation programs while maintaining strong partnerships with stakeholders. Passionate about mental health advocacy and educational access for girls, she plays a crucial role in coordinating the foundation's initiatives across multiple countries. Her attention to detail and strategic planning abilities have been instrumental in expanding the foundation's reach and impact. Nauluta believes in the power of collective action and works tirelessly to create sustainable systems that support the foundation's mission of empowering girls and young women throughout Africa.
